On-site assembly and hook-upSite Preparation Whilst modules are going through fabrication, the preparation at the assembly site can commence. On a traditional building site this may be delayed by the requirement for building law affecting the completion date. However, on a modular project the building will already be well through the construction process in the factory - and still be awaiting formal approval to start on site. Whether the requirement is for conventional foundations, small support pads or even anti-vibration mounts these and any site services work, will be ready in good time for the arrival of the Consafe modules.
Assembly and Hook upConsafe offload the modules from the low load vehicles at the client site and install them by crane. Kits of pre-prepared hook up materials are used to complete the structural integrity of the building envelope. This is then followed by the installation of the internal hook-up pieces and the reinstatement of the interconnecting services and internal finishes and the testing and commissioning workscope that was mainly performed in the factory is completed in parallel. External FinishAlthough many of our projects are industrial in nature and do not require any additional surface finish, we can, where required, apply practically any external surface finish to integrate with other local aesthetic requirements.
