Consafe designs and builds offshore Living Quarters and offshore accommodation using their modular technology. The company pioneered the use of purpose designed modular steel structures in this way. Consafes own highly experienced design team are amongst the very best in the world with experience in providing quarters and helidecks compliant with a wide variety of international standards and regulations 

Whether Consafe pre-assemble the modules for installation as a single lift, by heavy lift crane, or by load-out, or whether the project requires the accommodation to be delivered as a number of individual modules for direct assembly into their final positions, the end result is the same; practical and experienced design innovation, real value for money and a quality facility designed for low maintenance and delivered on time.

Our own in-house living quarters designers are continually striving to develop intelligent layout concepts and space efficient designs that add real value for our clients. Quarters are normally delivered complete with all equipment, plant, building services, furnishings, lifts and stairs already installed within each module before delivery. Our interior designers are experienced in specifying products and detailing materials and that are proven to withstand the daily demands of use.

Our specialist LQ services designers cover all relevant disciplines, and have a broad experience in designing for environmental conditions across the climatic extremes.

Our structural engineers devise lightweight designs without compromise to the blast or acoustic requirements. A broad range of materials are used including carbon and stainless steels, aluminium and in some cases, composite materials and plastics. A completed facility will provide A60, H60 or H120 fire protection (SOLAS) and be designed to fully integrate into the platform or vessel with the minimum of site work.
