Export order for Safety Shelters

Consafe has completed a contract from Tengizchevroil LLP for the design, engineering and construction of Safety Shelter Buildings for the onshore Tengiz oil field development in Kazakhstan.

The multi million pound project involved the manufacture of 95 individual modular units which form a total of 18 separate buildings. Each structure provides protection for site personnel from high concentrations of H2S gas. The buildings were built at Consafe’s Aberdeen Headquarters for on site assembly in Tengiz, Kazakhstan.

Tengizchevroil LLP is owned by ChevronTexaco, Exxon Mobil, KazMunaiGas and LukArco.
