Blast Resistant Buildings

Consafe design and build modular buildings capable of withstanding high levels of blast. The company has the capability to deliver a complete building and assemble it on location. The most recent such project undertaken by the company is a blast rated facility constructed to replace existing unrated facilities located at the heart of BP's Wytch Farm oil field Dorset. This new facility from Consafe is required to withstand reflected blast pressures in excess of 2.2 Bar but also to merge into the natural forest landscape. The complex was transported by road to Dorset and assembled during Summer 2007.
